2. PRODUCT FULFILMENT & DROPSHIPPING
Some products are fulfilled by third-party dropshipping partners located in the European Union or internationally. These partners handle warehousing, packaging and delivery on our behalf.
We remain your contracting party and responsible seller, regardless of which supplier is used.
Fulfilment partners may include (but are not limited to):
- Hertwill
- EU-based wholesale partners
- International suppliers
We reserve the right to add, remove, or change fulfilment partners without notice depending on stock availability and logistics.
3. ORDER PROCESSING
Processing times vary by product and warehouse location. Orders are usually processed within 1-5 business days depending on stock and warehouse capacity.
4. SHIPPING
Shipping times depend on:
- supplier warehouse location
- product availability
- country of delivery
- courier delays
- customs clearance (if outside EU)
Estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout or sent by email. Actual delivery times may vary.
Products may arrive in separate packages if multiple warehouses are used.
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
Refunds or replacements will be arranged after verification.
Return Conditions
- All returns must be authorised first
- Returns may need to be sent directly to the relevant supplier
- Return instructions will be emailed to you after approval
- Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect
Products fulfilled by different suppliers may have different return addresses and requirements.
6. CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet entered processing or shipment. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the regular returns process.
7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customs fees, import charges or VAT outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer.
