At Jazzulino we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Because our products are fulfilled through trusted dropshipping partners (such as Hertwill and others), our return process is based on the policies of our fulfilment suppliers and EU consumer rules.

If you need a different size, style, colour or product, we will do our best to offer an exchange, subject to product availability.
Some suppliers allow direct exchanges, while in some cases an exchange may be processed as a new order after the initial item is returned.
Please contact us first before sending anything back so we can confirm instructions based on the supplier handling your product.

Return Conditions
Items may be eligible for return if they meet these conditions:
- return request submitted within 30 days of receiving the product
- the item is unused and in original condition
- the item includes all original packaging & labels
- the product is not excluded (see exceptions below)
Depending on our fulfilment partner’s rules, you may receive a prepaid return label or instructions on where to send the product.
Non-returnable products
(Some items may not be eligible for return depending on supplier rules.)
Examples include:
- underwear, socks, swimwear
- personalised or made-to-order items
- opened cosmetics, perfumes or hygiene-sensitive products
- items where the product page clearly states “no returns”
We always follow the fulfilment partner’s return rules on a per-product basis. If in doubt, contact us before purchasing.
Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected and approved by the fulfilment warehouse:
- refunds are issued to your original payment method
- processing time is normally 3–14 business days depending on your bank
- store credit can be offered instead if preferred
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Damaged, Wrong or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective:
- take photos immediately when opening the package
- email us within 48 hours
- we will request replacement or refund from our supplier
We will cover the return shipping in these situations.
Who pays return shipping?
Return shipping depends on the reason for the return:
✔ Our error (wrong item, damaged item) — we pay
✔ Supplier mistake — supplier normally pays
✘ Change of mind — customer pays
We always follow supplier rules case-by-case.
Offline Purchases
If you purchased items at a physical event or popup location (temporary shop), please contact us directly. Physical purchases follow EU consumer rules and will be handled by Jazzulino instead of the fulfilment partner.

Important EU information
In line with EU online purchasing regulations, customers have the right to withdraw an online purchase within 14 days of delivery, except for products specifically excluded by consumer law (e.g., hygiene, personalised, opened beauty products etc.)
